Hello Damian, I have tried to install your v1.6 update per your latest revised posting on this forum and I receive the following response:"You must have a valid version of wxRE installed before running this update. Go to www.hifisim.com." I had installed the v1.5 update a while ago with no problems. My present working ActiveSky version is:"ActiveSky 2002© 2002 Damian Clarkv1.5" I have ActiveSky installed on drive G: in folder ActiveSky2002. My downloaded file for v1.6 is : wxre16updateb.zip as per your latest posting regarding the newer version of the V1.6 update. This version 1.6 update installs similar to the original v1.6 I had downloaded earlier today. I think I need some help.Thanks

Blais,Uninstall all versions. Re-install 1.0. Install the 1.6 update.Hope this helps,Jim

Hello again Jim, I did as you said, uninstalled v1.5 then installed v1.0 and finally the upgrade v1.6 and all went well. Thanks for the tip Jim. I wasn't aware that you needed to get rid of v1.5 and do a v1.6 update to the basic v1.0.Best regards

Hi Blais,glad you got it sorted out. I was under the impression that the payware Active Sky had a version jump from 1.2 to 1.6 to avaoid confusion with the freeware one, which went up to 1.5...
