I have the same problem, from ENAL to ENGM on final I had 30066kt but ENGM reported 35007kt.I'm running the Official 1.91 Regards VBX147

Have no check "Use FS2004 Weather Writes but the same is the same.From EDDT to ESSA on final with winds 54kt. Essa report 21013ktVBX147

I should have suggested this before: clear your FS2004 path. If this doesn't work: It's time to post some screen shots of AS main page, status screen, and FS04 screen with winds Data shown.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
