Need an "About..." menu pick ...

Hi... great program. Sure adds to the sim experience! Keep up the great work. Here is an improvement suggestion that is easy to implement and probably more important than most would think. It is about version display and convenient access to your web site. Here are the issues:There is no "About ActiveSky" menu pick in the app. There is no button that leads to the ActiveSky web site so I can check for news and updates. The ActiveSky web URL is not visible anywhere in the app (as far as I can tell). The ActiveSky entry in the Windows Start menu could should have a "HiFi Simulation Website" entry. Every piece of user documentation should show at the beginning the web site for the app. It is buried late in the text. I downloaded MR1 from your web site. There is no way to confirm this is installed. All I see is Version 1.1 and Build 90. How does that relate to MR1?These relatively easy improvements will enhance the user experience, ensure users stay up to date on bug fixes, and allow HiFi Sim. to stay in touch regarding their products.Cheers,Peter

Hi Peter,Your ideas are good ones, thanks for sharing them. The web site URL does show up on the startup screen for a brief period of time, but you are right.FYI, build 90 is MR1 so your update is installed correctly. I really can't speak on the programming aspect of that part of the display.I will not lock this yet, so in case other have ideas they can add to them.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
