Reinstall of activesky on new computer question

Featured Replies

Though no fault of mine my motherboard burned out on my computer-I had to buy a completely new system.I have gotten everything reinstalled-except for active sky. I was able to copy my flightsim directory with the active sky folder to the new drive-but activesky will not work. I can't reinstall as I purchased the upgrade to the original-running the upgrade install program states that I have to have the original-which has already been overwritten with the new?!I just read the faq:How do I get a new download link? You must request one from SimMarket (www.simmarket.com). There is a small fee for providing this service (if you did not purchases the 1-year download service program). We therefore highly recommend backing up your AS2004 installation package file in case you ever need to re-install.I did not purchase my original active sky from simmarket.com-I bought from emetrix. I did buy the upgrade in December from simmarket-but the upgrade will again not work as it doesn't detect the old version anymore.I am really confused what to do to get activesky back-do I have to pay an additional fee to get it back? Thanks for any help.http://mywebpages.comcast.net/geofa/pages/rxp-pilot.jpg
