No, weather will be generated just fine without a plan.2. For reporting certain things like your departing and destination weather and for flight planning.3. Useful for all types of flights and pilots.4. Important for getting your destination report because without a plan FlightWatch(the voice report) has no idea what your destination is going to be. Without a plan you will get the closest station report, however.5. Plain English.6.
