ActiveSky 2004.5: initial setup takes very long...

Hi!I'm having this "problem" since I have upgraded to AS 2004.5: when I load AS and hit "Refresh", it downloads data several minutes, for airports are very far from my current position in the simulator. I didn't have this problem with the older versions of AS.Otherwise it's a wonderful program, the best weather addon that's out there...I'm using AS 2004.5, FS 2004 (patched) and FSUIPC 3.40.

Hi,Would you say the airports are farther than 200 miles? Right now that is the radius that AS is downloading and writing weather for. 2 to 4 minutes for a total cycle is not unusual.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
