January 12, 200521 yr If not this is a cool feature and important in aviation. This would make it much more realistic and seems simple to do. I mean we have rain and snow. Thanks!
January 13, 200521 yr Hi,You could get the codes in the METAR, but FS04 would not know how to display those types of precipitation. We are limited by the graphics that FS ships with.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
January 13, 200521 yr Author I get it. What happens in this situation does it display rain or snow if its in the metar? Does it depend on climate and/or temperature how does fs9 display this assuming active sky is showing ice rain?
January 13, 200521 yr Hi,Possiblely just ignore the code all together. Same way as when we get volcanic dust reported.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
