Damian & Jim, I had this problem before with ActiceSky 4.5 where after a few months of use, the radar display would not depict any clouds when it was clearly snowing or raining. Long story short, we were unable to solve the problem. After I upgraded to AS5, the problem went away for a few months, recently I noticed that the same thing is happenning again. Are there certain files in activeradar that are getting corrupt over time? Thanks, you know I cant live without this product, so please help!

Hi Mike,Sorry you are having trouble. There have been reports of this where a reinstall cycle fixes things. Not sure why this would all of a sudden happen.
