First off this is going to be fun. I've needed this app for a long time. As a user of the original ActiveSky and WXRE this ver looks very good. The little prob I'm having is I open from shortcut and the splash screen appears,,little clap of thunder while loading then goes to task bar with no interface to be seen. Like it's minimized to the task bar. It's working ok,,glad I had it set for online. It D/L's the weather for wherever you happen to be, in other words if I don't ever need to change anything it's ok. Have configured in FSuipc and FS2004 and seems to be working great. ThanksJohn Bell

ActiveSky stores the window position for the gui in its ASv6.ini file. In your case, the position is probably outside your actual screen. It's happened before.Open ASv6.ini with notepade and look for "WindowPosX" and "WindowPosY" (Probably right at the top.) Change the values for these two items to 0 (zero). Save the file. Run ASv6. The gui should show up at the top left of the screen. Position the gui where you want it. Go into "Options", then save and close the options screen. This should update the ini file with the current position of the gui.Later,...jim
