December 31, 200520 yr Hi Everyone:I have been using this product since its inception, and after reading the manual a little closer, it appears I may have been starting up ASV wrong.I have ASV options set at un-pause refresh. After loading FS9 I would then bring up ASV6 and wait for it to download the weather and continue from there. It appears I should actually bring up ASV6 prior to loading FS9 then import my flight plan and hit refresh. After ASV6 loads, I then open up FS9, and continue on with my flight plan.Any comments welcome. Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year.Kenny G.

December 31, 200520 yr What? How do import a flight plan that FS has not make yet since FS is not started until after ASv6?Are you using separate flight planning software? Do you start FS, make your flight plan, save, then exit FS? Start ASv6, import the flight plan, then restart FS?Richard
December 31, 200520 yr Hi,For ASV6 you can just manually enter the departing and destination codes with a general speed and altitude then Process and that would work.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-beta.jpg
