February 1, 200620 yr G'day,I was just wondering if it would be possible to download past weather using a seperate interface then AS6. I ask because I don't have direct net access now for the next few months, but would still like to download the entire weather for the last week on a seperate computer (Say at a cafe). Maybe this could be via a web page, or a seperate program. I realise that this is not the most requested new feature (if requested all), but it would greatly enhance the experience for people without a direct internet conection like myself. Any ideas or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks, and keep up the great work.Michael
February 1, 200620 yr Hi,If you have access to a private machine, it is OK for you to install on a second machine. I guess i was just wondering if it would be easy to make the archive download screen as a seperate exe that could be run from a USB drive. I've tried all sorts of ways of installing and running AS on a USB drive but with no luck. I realise i'm probabily the only person who'd like this capability, so i completly understand if it can't be done.Thanks AgainMichael

February 8, 200620 yr Hi,I don't want to speak for Damian, but this would require a whole new program to be designed. Honestly, I am not sure from his end. I can offer you two suggestions:1. Write him directly at [email protected] He is always looking for suggestions. We may not be able to do something now, but the future is wide open at the moment.2. I am always willing to download any archived weather for you or any other user and send the files. Each hour includes worldwide data so that is not a problem.
