Hello to all ActiveSky Readers and users.This is my first post so please bear with me.Before I start,I would like to congratulate (I'm sure other ASv6 users will agree on me with this one) the ActiveSky team for their hard work and their continuous support throughout this forum.Their product certainly helps acheive real weather experience in FS2004.Its someting I could not do without.Welldone!! Ok,Now my question.I have been using Activesky 5 before I upgraded to the current version using an ASv6 unwapper.So after I Installed the latest version,then removed the old using 'Add or remove programs'via the Control panel,the Active Radar module disappears when ASv6 is running along side FS2004.At the moment,the only success I have for Active Radar to work again,is to reinstall Version 5.Leave ASv5 installed, but have ASv6 running and the Radar module will appear.Uninstall ASv5 but leave ASv6 installed,Radar graphics and module dissappears. Very strange and at lost.I hope that by posting this question,other users might be able to share some light into this problem and explain to me what I might be doing wrong. Any insight will be much appreciated. Thankyou David

Hi David,Thanks for the words!!This was a common problem when we made the switch. Here is the fix: When you ran the Unwrapper you created a folder where you have the Full ASv6 version setup.exe. After removing ASV run this .exe and choose Repair. That will replace any missing files, ActiveRadar.dll being one of them. Thankyou Jim for your support.I'm pleased to say that following your instructions,the Radar module is now fixed.I also safely placed the Full ASv6.exe file on a CD for future use without having to do the switch again. Thankyou so much and hopefully won't trouble you again. David

Hello,I have this problem too, but if I run the unwrapp.exe, it's show me: "Can't install!This unwrapper REQUIRES that ASV/E installed".Please can you give me the correct procedure to have again a full functional radar in my fs9?Thank youChristian

Hi,Don't run the unwrapper but the setup.exe file that the unwrapper created. Please write me at the address in my other post.
