Hi, How do I obtain my reg no etc to re-install after computer failure, Active sky has been on my system from the beginning and all I did was update. Hi Denis,You do need an e-mail account, which I am sure you have. Can you send to others? My p e-mail is a Comcast account so that is even different then the first 2 addresses.
