Cessna 337 Skymaster

Featured Replies

Is the anyplace where I can get a Skymaster?

I've been wondering the same thing. I'd love to see a great GMAX or FSDS 2 rendition of a pressurized Skymaster. Sound like it'd be something up Brian Gladden's alley, after seeing his recent work on the 140.....

Brian already has one in development...for a year and a half, maybe even more. You can see some old shots on his website. I E-mailed him recently, and he said he was waiting for Mikko Maleniemi to finish up some work for DF before finishing the 337. I suspect it will be quite a while on this project. :-(

The skymasters are not forgotten..... Just so far on the back burner that their on another stove :-), Mikko and I have been batting around the stuff for finishing em'. I have ben tweaking the flight models for a while and the T337 is flying pretty good and the Rieley Super Skyrocket still needs a few tweaks. also the VC's need to be built since the original design was for FS 2000 and we need a good 2 D panel. Ian had a computer crash and lost alot of his panel stuff he was making for it. Perhaps later this winter we will get things moving along again.Brian

Thanks I will be looking forward to flying the skymaster.

David Durst has one on his web site: www.fspanels.com

There's several whole planes at www.fsfreeware.com..I'll leave it to you to deciede how good they are.
