Tool Tips way too short in duration in ASX

Am I alone on this?The Tool Tips for the ASX GUI stay on for such a short time you cannot read the sentence...And to get it back you have to use another tool tip forst....Anoying Al again

Yes, I noticed that too and it is indeed frustrating.
