I have noticed that the altimeter changes very often when climbing. It seems to lower as you climb and hit the "B" key to auto set the altimeter setting when the reporting station has not changed. I have climbed within 10 miles of my departure airport, that never changed in the reporting station and kept hitting "B" while I was climbing and the altimeter would change very often, mostly going down. This should not happen unless i pass FL180 then it should go to 29.92.Steve

Hi Steve,Yes, this is happening with the new SimConnect/weather system. Also, smoothing is not in place either. The station may not be changing, but you are getting a blending from nearby stations. I am sure we can take a look at this if we can.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
