August 20, 200718 yr Hi, When I got FSX, I also got UTX, VFR photo scenery, Xclass world, FSGenesis, ASX + XG, and much more. So, I didn't exactly read all the manuals - just installed everything! hehe... ;-)I'm now trying to figure out what XGraphics actually is doing (!). Is it already 'working' (ie changing textures when I just open FSX) or do I need to click on that "Install X Graphics Textures" thing in ASX for things to start working? Thanks,Aleks
August 20, 200718 yr As far as I know, yeah - it should be using the default X-graphics textures. When you launch XG it takes you into a selection screens that allows you to choose a preference for water, runways, runway lights etc. I've also found that I let UTX handle the water because if I have both of them enabled, I get a water changing color bug when flying close the ground. -Scotty
August 20, 200718 yr Hi,To us X Graphics, yes you do need to run it, either by the Install X Graphics or by manually runn9ing and selecting textures in X Graphics.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
