November 27, 200718 yr I'm posting this here because it's the first application I noticed the problem, and I know ASG is a .NET app. I just built this computer about two months ago, and I'm pretty sure it's the video driver or card causing it, but I don't know why. My specs are at the bottom by the way.Anyhow, whenever I open ASG or anything that seems to be .NET programmed, the program get's a screwy looking. The menus disappear and/or overlap and some of them lose colors, et cetera. Mousing over will make them react and kinda try to fix themselves, but not always. Another thing I notice is the window within the program will sorta flash a timed intervals. Strange.I've tried to turn off AA, AF, and anything that might be the issue, but maybe I need to create profiles in nHancer, god forbid. FS9, which is all I'm running, works perfect and I have no problems anywhere else. Here's a couple screen shots. I had to format the text to prevent the pic from showing, since I kept the full screen resolution (1280x1024). Just copy and paste.http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/7559/sh01uy3.jpgSee the box behind the selection area? The program is usable, but I want to know why .NET is doing this? I have all the latest updates and all three .NETs installed. XP Pro, SP2, blah blah blah..Here's how it hoses DA's Do-27 configuration manager:http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/7435/sh02hv3.jpgIt does this no matter what programs are running in the background too. I can kill almost every service and task, which is how I fly in FS9, but it'll still do it.Any help would be appreciated! November 27, 200718 yr Author I noticed on a Google search someone had this problem with a non-FS app and .NET 1.1 using an Nvidia card. I'm starting the think the drivers for this 8800GTS are just bad all the way around. - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired
