FS2002 Adventure Creator

I'm thinking about making a large adventure set to simulate a career in aviation from training to bush flying to air taxi to commuter airlines to large commercial airlines... and maybe a few things in between. But in order to do that, I need to have an adventure maker... what is the best one out there to use? Freeware is strongly preferred but payware recommendations will be appreciated too. Thanks in advance!
