July 13, 200322 yr Has anyone heard if BT B-25 is going to work in FS2k4.There havebeen some talk abouth the Dreamfleet A/C having to have a patch.I guess this question is for Bill!
July 13, 200322 yr Well, I'm not Bill...but here is the answer to your question:-http://www.fsscreenshots.com/dc/dcboard.ph...=3097&mode=fullRegards,http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/23147.jpg
July 14, 200322 yr Peter: Have enjoyed your screenies for some time...thanks for the COF previews. From one proud BT CD owner to another here is one quickie...is the vc toggleable as you have it installed? "... speed ... is the only reason for flying." - Clyde V. Cessna
July 14, 200322 yr > From one proud BT CD owner to another here>is one quickie...is the vc toggleable as you have it>installed?Clyde,I don't really understand your question...the VC just comes up in the sequence of S presses as usual. Then I can move around it in the usual way. It is exactly the same in FS2002 and FS2004. My installation was auto from the CD directed to the appropriate FS.Regards,http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/23393.jpg
July 14, 200322 yr Sorry Peter, I did not make myself clear . Are the switches, buttons, etc. toggleable in the vc as in the default aircraft in 2K4? "... speed ... is the only reason for flying." - Clyde V. Cessna
July 15, 200322 yr O.K. Clyde,Understood now...well there is not actually very much to click on the panel, but yes most things will select on the VC but throttles, pitch levers and mixture levers will not drag. I notice that this is the case on the Dreamfleet C310 as well...but that panel has dozens of clickable things on it.I believe that this clickability of the switches in the VC is an FS2004 design feature and is entirely automatic...it just happens provided the panels are properly designed.Regards,Peter.
July 15, 200322 yr Thank you for your response Peter. Interesting that it appears that the vc "clickability" is automatic...should be fun to see how it all works out when COF is released in regards to earlier released panels from the different payware and freeware developers. Been planning a home cockpit, perhaps based on the DC-3 with "real" yokes, throttles, etc. Even won a Monogram 1/48 scale model on ebay (my first purchase there - Yippee !) - so as I could get accurate measurements. At the rate things are going in the flight sim world maybe I should just hold off for awhile. Look forward to some more of your great screenies. Blue Skies !
