Will there be no downloadable package? that's sad. Then you loose me as a costumer. If I order a CD from USA, the final price will easily be DOUBLED. I will have to pay a large amount of Custumfees and Norwegian WAT at the top. The prize that MAAM put's on the package will a least be doubled before I get my hands on it. well, Norway is not a member of the EU. We have stupid rules for buying merchandise on the internet. Rules invented to protect norwegian businesses. I rembemer when i bought EFIS98 when it was released. The price was in NOK (Norwegian Kroner): 400. When I received it the price including customfares: 800 NOK :) thats approx: 107 USD.Jan Roar R

As with the original R4D from MAAM, the volume of it is far too large for them to be able to offer it as download. That is why the CD only product is being made available.Bill speaks to this issue on the MAAM site and in this forum on an earlier thread or two.

For what it is worth, ordering from Norway: I ordered the B-25 + Extra CD directly from MAAM and since they sent it as a 'gift' ( Nice folks! ) I paid 39.95$ = 277 NOK. Not bad at all. Of course you may be unlucky with how the package is handled by the Norwegian postal system, but my experience in these cases are good. Getting my Thrustmaster Cougar from the US on the other hand...When the R4D comes out I can order it first and let you know what the final price is.
