June 4, 200421 yr I was in St Augustine today BTW thats in Florida and went into a used book store and looking through their aviation section found a very old DC-3 manual from Mid-Continent Airlines dated 7-2-48.I will now have to research Mid-continent,I have been thinking about getting the new R4D cd and now I just ordered it.I hope this manual and the new R4D work out together. June 5, 200421 yr Knowing these guys - it won't *even bigger grin*The R4D-6 has a different engine to the standard DC-3/C-47 and its quite possible the performance - and procedures - might be slightly different.- And that slight difference will probably be noticed in this model! One of the things I'm really looking forward to are those small differences in flying characterstics between the DC-3 and R4D-6 models.
