January 25, 200719 yr Author Hello Mark, your repaints are so beautiful even for FS2002...a class of it's own!I often visit your homepage when I've no idea which repaint I should do next...it's a very good inspiration :-)And the "Betsy" on the frontpage looks amazing! Looking forward to the package :)The Buffalo Cargo repaint is on my to-do list as well.GreetingsTim Greetings Tim My files on Flightsim.to i5 12600K | 32Gb | RTX 4080

January 26, 200719 yr Looks really good, Tim, as ever! Glad to have you around painting the MAAM-SIM ladies, that's for sure.Don't forget ISC's lavatory window and fuselage lights, though! Can't do much about her lack of radar nose and aerials, I'm afraid, not to mention passenger door; but then, if we matched every DC-3 in the world in the flightsim models, we'd need about 5,000 variations, I think!Keep up the great work,MarkMark "Dark Moment" BeaumontVP Fleet, DC-3 AirwaysTeam Member, MAAM-SIM[a href=http://www.swiremariners.com/cx.html" target="_blank]http://www.paxship.com/avsimlogo.jpg[/a] _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
January 26, 200719 yr Author Hello Mark, thanks for your friendly words :)>Don't forget ISC's lavatory window and fuselage lights,>though! Yes, you're right...I've never noticed these details :-shy Needs a little more fine tuning but I've added the missing details:http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q108/Tim-HH/swiss2.jpghttp://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q108/Tim-HH/swiss1.jpg>Can't do much about her lack of radar nose and>aerials, I'm afraid, not to mention passenger door; but then,>if we matched every DC-3 in the world in the flightsim models,>we'd need about 5,000 variations, I think!Well, I've no problems with these missing details. It's not my main intention to make my repaints 100% historically correct...For sure it's great if a repaints is "as real as it gets" like my Qantas or Nasa repaint but I've also no problemsto create a Pan Am, Alaska Airlines or Swissair repaint with a right hand door :DSometimes I get complaint emails like "I didn't know that the airline xy used the xy model" or "...xy never used this type of engine".But I think most of the user enjoy the different repaint even if they're not so "realistic" :-)I'm just happy that Maam-Sim offers such a high quality DC-3 for FS2004...I didn't need 5000 models :DGreetingsTim Greetings Tim My files on Flightsim.to i5 12600K | 32Gb | RTX 4080
