January 3, 200323 yr When I open the map it displays the grid, the airplane, and the tower ONLY. No airports, navaids, etc. This happens about half the time: the other half everything is there. Anyone else seen this? Any ideas? It's not drivers nor directx but it may be related to messing with scenery and/or AI traffic. Any help?
January 3, 200323 yr Click on the top icons of the map, there is airports, vors, and intersection buttons. Having them all off will do this. If this isn't the problem, try to think back of the last scenery installation you did and uninstall and see if that is it. That would narrow things out a bit. Sometimes to by the way mine can do that and the cpu is chucking away when I am clicking and selecting a vor or an airport to get info. The fs2002 map gives me the send don't send ms message "FS has encountered a problem" It appears facilities.dll in FS2002.exe caused some fatal error. It seems as though when I have installed a panel that doesn't seem compatable with the aircraft or program. I hope this helps and I know this is annoying. Also just for jollies can you check the flight planner map and see if it does the same thing?
