New PC,,, NEED HELP!!! PLEASE READ

Hey guys,i have began to look for a new computer that will be good for FS and other high end performance games that i try operating on a p4 1.5ghz, 512SDRAM, 35GB HD, and a 32mb Nvidia TNT... My computer is almost 3 years old so i am looking for a new one..I want a pc that is a good one for a easy price.I have looked at www.ibuypower.com and i am impressed with their products which happen to be in the price range i am in. I am looking for about a P4 2.8ghx, 512RAM or more, 80 GB HD at the least, and a nice vid card that will provide atleast 20FPS with full settings.
