Runtime Error - R6025 pure virtual function call

Featured Replies

Just had the above error message which causes an immediate close to desktop. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksAdrian

I just recently saw my first Runtime error pop-up and cause CTD. Don't remember if it was the same as yours. I was able to track it down to a scenery add-on - Simflyers Orlando (demo version). Don't know why, but when I removed it, all was fine with the world once again. Terry

JimThanks for the reply and the link. Im afraid its contents are a bit beyond me. Do you think it is possible that this error could be caused by bad AFCAD files? Thanks againRegardsAdrian

Yes, or other third party scenery files you may have installed. If you added scenery in separate folders and added them to the Scenery Library listing, open the Scenery Library listings, deselect the added scenery titles, OK, then restart the flight simulator to see if the problem is corrected. To test the AFCAD files in your ..Addon SceneryScenery folder, temporarily move all the AFCAD files to a temporary folder, then one by one, return each AFCAD file to the ..Addon SceneryScenery folder, start the flight simulator and see if the problem recurs. You can also use AFCADs fault finder under tools to check for errors in each AFCAD.W.
