Hello, I am about to upgrade this week to this hardware:AMD 64 3400+ (2.4GHz)ABIT KV8 Pro - K8T800 ChipsetKingstons 1GB DDR400Radeon 9600 ProI wonder if the 9600 Pro will bottle neck the very fast AMD 64?This is my current setup:AMD XP 2700+ @ 2.16GHzABIT NF7S nForce ChipsetKingston 1GB DDR333Radeon 9600 ProAccording to my findings, I can expect about 110% min to 135% max improvement with this new setup I'm aiming for. The 3400+ is also very much par with the FX-51.What do you think, other than "get the X800 Pro"... which is still over $400 in the States.

Well looks like the 9800 Pro is down to $150 now--I can at least go there and it looks to be AT LEAST 150% faster over 9600P!

yes i would say it would, check out tom's hardware for FS9 video charts to see whats hot and whats not, do a search under graphics for Flight Sim.

Right... so I ordered a Radeon 9800 Pro last night. It's on the way :)
