Hello,I have bought a new PC for Christmas, a P4 at 3.0, ALBATRON PX915PRo MB, 1GB ram and SAPPHIRE ATI x600 PRO 128MB.Until now I was using the latest catalyst, and today I installed the Omega Drivers. With Both drivers in FS, mainly at outside views and VC I see small pixes flicekring. In other game this is much worse. See attach Picshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/102161.jpgThe pixels are shown in the circlehttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/102163.jpgThe pixels can be cleary seen hereMy settingshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/102164.jpgAnyone has any clue?RegardsChris

Hi Chris,You need to reconfigure your video drivers. In your card tweaker set AA to 4X. Leave Temporal AA off for this sim (you'll not be able to sustain high enough FPS to make it work properly).Set AF to 8X (or higher if your system can handle it). I run my AF Forced, but try to at least use the Quality setting with your card.Set Texture Preference and Mipmap Detail Level to "High Quality".Vertical Sync should always be on (to take advantage of your video card/drivers capabilities).Make sure A.I. is set to normal. In the sim's Display>Hardware screen disable Anti-Aliasing and set the MipMip slider to 4 or 5. Enabling the sim's AA will force it to software render at 2X AA, thereby effectively bypassing your video card's nice features. Setting the MipMap slider to any value higher than 4 or 5 will cause excessive shimmering of the Alpha textures (trees and other rendered sim features).Hope this helps,Greg

Hmmm... "I have bought a new PC for Christmas"Because your system is new, does it have the Catalyst Control Center (CCC) installed for tweaking the drivers? If so the Omega drivers are not compatible with CCC. The Omega's use Radlinker for tweaking the drivers. And the two different driver tweakers may conflict with each other.Try reinstalling the Cat 4.12's again. In doing so use the Add/Remove function in Windows to remove the Omega's and Radlinker. Also do the same for removing the the Omega Setup Files and then navigate to wherever on your hard drive those files are kept and delete their folder. Then do the original 4.12 reinstall.Additionally, Driver Cleaner is a powerful tool for keeping your system clean during driver changes. Get it here: http://www.drivercleaner.net/ and follow the Readme carefully for a thorough cleaning. It's always best to include Driver Cleaner in any drivers change.Greg
