Partial Windows are Displayed?

Featured Replies

Some of my displays are not showing the total content. The first place I noticed this was in the Heading Text of this site. A portion of the text appeared to be shrunk or overlayed by the adjacent text above or below it. Apparently this changes somewhat as I do not see this happening at the moment (Murphy's law). As near as I can tell everything is ok in the AVSIM display presently.Good examples are the Loadedit displays for the Pheonix aircraft. The aircraft display (graphic of the seating) does not appear to be quite deep enough (up and down) to include all of the content. The portion of the display which includes the Max Fuel, Baggage weight etc. at the bottom of this display is cut off and either not displayed, or only partially displayed vertically. I have the text: "Max Fuel" but the window showing the pounds qty. which should be directly below it does not show as the graphic window does not extend that far (down). Adjacent and below the window which shows my "bagage (lbs)-" are ONLY the tops of three other boxes, purple, green, and purple from left to right.I just discovered a similar problem with the flight plan window after installing FSInn. All of the boxes for data entry as shown on the graphic do not match up with where they actually are when they are opened for data entry. By searching with the mouse and blindly clicking, I can open the windows, but all are well below and/or to the side where they are shown on the graphic template layout.I have tried changing my display/properties/setting resolution, and font sizes. I get bigger or smaller displays, but the offsets in question remain.I have a Radeon 9800 Pro operating on two 21" and one 19" CRT monitors.Anyone have any idea what settings I need to adjust in order to solve this problem. Thanks:RTH

Found the solution:Under Display/Settings/Advanced/General, the DPI settings must be "Normal size (96 DPI)"Screen resolution or Display/Appearance/Font size seems to make no difference.Happy Flying:RTH
