FDE? question

Recommended Posts

I have a pretty decent .air/.cfg setup for the MD-80 i've been using, only problem is that on touchdown the nose wants to immediately slam into the turf whether I hold back pressuremaintain airspeed or not. Is there an adjustment in the .cfg or .air that can fix this? If not can anyone recommend a good MD-80 file? Thanks

Probably the contact points for the main gear are way, way back. Do you have problems taking off? I guess you will have problems taking off with that plane, if that's the case locate contact points 1 and 2, check the second value This one vpoint.1 = 1, -5.50, -9.20, -11.85point.2 = 1, -5.50, 9.20, -11.85Maybe you have it in -9 or -10. make it -4 or -5 and it will fix your problem.

Take off seems fine. I'll give these numbers a try. Thanks!
