December 7, 200619 yr Hi,let me talk about something other than Google Earth:Recently on digg.com I found articles stating that the Nintendo Wii controller has been hacked to be used with PCs and Macs. You can make use of the accelerometer sensors and just recently also the IR functionality (allowing fine grained mouse pointer control). For those who don't know. The Wii is a gaming console from Nintendo which features an unprecedented wireless controller design with pointing functionality and accelerometer sensors, allowing the controller to be handled like e.g. as a golf club, sword, baseball bat, boxing glove, etc...Could this emulate the TrackIR functionality? Image yourself with a Wii controller strapped to the head. ;)Christian
December 7, 200619 yr Now if we could just hack a joystick to work with the WWii or Xbox 360 then we'd be in business!Regards, MichaelKDFW Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI-x16 / AMD Best, Michael KDFW
