January 26, 200719 yr Hi all,Building new system with Abit AW9D MB, QX6700 CPU, 2 - 150G Raptor HD's, 8800GTX video card and haven't decided on memory. Any suggestions on memory? Have been considering amoung others Corsairs Dominator 8888 with 4-4-4-12. Comments?Wilbert Wilbert

These days regular office stuff is so cheap it's just as well to go to comp-USA for those.On a few occasions I RMA'd memory that was a few years old with no problems. When they say Lifetime warranty, they mean it!One time I mailed the memory for replacement on Friday afternoon, got the new memory on the folowing Tuesday morning, Fedex, overnight, they paid.Before you get the memory go to http://www.memtest86.com/ .org or google it.Burn memtest86 onto a bootable CD. Install a module and run it for 4 passes, if there are no errors, your good to go. Do one module at a time.Good Luck
