Saitek Throttles Not in Sync

This is the second time this has happened and the fix provided by Saitek isn't working this time around. I have both the throttle that came with the yoke and the additional throttle unit. My problem is when I use both throttle units together in say a B744. Even though the throttles are physically aligned, in FS, my #1 and #2 engines are at a higher throttle setting then 3 and 4. The first time saitek said to press and hold Ctrl+Shift when you launch FS and keep holding it until you're in cockpit view. They said that this will reset the controller .cfg (They forgot to mention the fact that it resets all your settings too.) This worked the first time but today I tried it again and no such luck.I tried using FSUIPC to calibrate my throttles but it actually made a whole new set of problems.
