Dont klnow whay you would need that however it appears you forgot to click the LOGON tab and ENABLE it there first, then enable it in the first tab dropdown

See, thats the difference between Black Viper and what I postYou can not truly shut down any service and release the resources for memory or the system without shutting it down at LOGON and rebooting. Using that drop down or any software to that job after Windows boots, is close to worthless in true recovery of resources.
