Hello, after some good advice from members on here, I've decided that i shall buy a desktop and have found a good one for what seems to be good money, but what do you think, http://www.cube247.co.uk/?customise=26, but what Operating system shall i go for vista or XP, the only issue is i cant afford any more money so it will have to be xp home is that a issue? Will the Level D 767 work with vista?

That will run FSX ok. You will still have to make compromises with the settings. I would want to know what motherboard was in that computer, and i would want to know more about the ram. When you buy an off-the-shelf computer system, you always have a lot of question marks. Usually off-the-shelf computers have one or more weak links in them, because the maker wants to cut costs. And weak links affect FS performance. On the LevelD, I think it can run in Vista yes, but I am not sure--you should look for an FAQ on their site.RhettFS box: E8500 (@ 3.16 ghz), AC Freezer 7 Pro, ASUS P5E3 Premium, BFG 8800GTX 756 (nVidia 169 WHQL), 4gb DDR3 1600 Patriot Cas7 7-7-7-20 (2T), PC Power 750, WD 150gb 10000rpm Raptor, Seagate 500gb, Silverstone TJ09 case, Vista Ultimate 64ASX Client: AMD 3700+ (@ 2.6 ghz), 7800GT
