October 11, 200817 yr hi robert I have p45 biostar q6600 stock fan at 3.4 sometimes at 3.0ghz 4gb 6400 sli ram from ocz sata 500gb hdd and a 650 watts psu also a gtx260 with a viesonic 28 in at 1920x1200 vista 32bit ultimate so pretty much very close to ur set up and ill say mine plays just fine after playing alittle with the sliders not even having to modify the famous cfg fsx file... so my opinion is you should be ok and on the plus side is that most of this parts are now very afforable especially when compare to qxXXXX cpus and gtx280 and ddr3 70000mhz hahah just kidding and 1000watts psus ........so fps expect somewhere on the 20-30 fps with some trade of eye candy or just wait for the so waited core i7 and be ready with a big check to pay for it lolDave
