November 23, 200817 yr This is a problem I have, I would like to know if it's possible to have the same resolution of screen set up in Fs2004 on both my monitors. I have 2 monitors running from my Nvidia 7600 GT card. The main screen is a Digital input and the other an analog input, after I have undocked the panel in an aircraft, in windows mode and slid it to my analog screen then changed back to full screen the panel on that screen is shown in a much lower resolution with jaggies, no longer in anti aliased resolution like the main screen. Both monitors are set to 1280x1024 @ 60Hz which are standard for both. I have nView settings set to Dualview and AA set 16x on both monitors.I would be grateful if anyone could help me on this as it spoils my simming experience. November 23, 200817 yr Go to Display Settings in FS and set both monitors to the same resolution. (Change monitors using the Device drop down menu.)Regards,...jim
November 24, 200817 yr Dear Jim, Thank you, I have been a keen flight simmer for more years than I like to remember, and like to think I am quite knowledgeable in most things about our 'addiction' but no matter how much we think we know, without people like yourself that come to the aid of simmers with problems, life would be so much poorer. I would never of found the answer, without you help. Again I thank you ..... Peter.
November 24, 200817 yr Peter- Glad to see your problem solved- Jim beat me to it.With your dual monitors, have you tried setting up dual views to expand the field of view? Not difficult to open a new view, undock it then drag it to mon #2. Some simple PCfg settings will synch the views into one 90
November 24, 200817 yr Peter, you are most welcome.I'm mostly a lurker here at AVSIM, but I ran across your question, saw that it had not been replied to, knew the answer, so went ahead and replied.I can't count the number of times I've read stuff here that has helped me out. Only too glad to be able to reciprocate.Regards,...jim
