Hi,Good forum - Avsim is thinking forward - flightgear is the future! I fly fs9 for fun however I'm beginning to realise that my development efforts in fs9 scenery should be elswhere ... Like any large open source project compiling the thing for the first time can be a pain ... with all the 3rd party libraries etc. Anybody compiled it successfully in VS.NET2003? I can't :-( Neil

I can't :-( Hi Neil,Most of our developers are subscribed to the flightgear-devel mailing list. Details can be found here: http://www.flightgear.org/mail.htmlBecause of the huge spam problem, you have to be subscribed in order to post. However, there are definitely windows developers there who I'm sure could help you out.Curt.

Thanks Curt,I've subscribed to the list ... didn't want to post there as a complete newbie.. BTW the new launcher is great.Neil.

Neil,Your enthusiasm is to be applauded. There is much talent in the flight sim community and FlightGear can really benefit from it.Peter http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/PeterR.gifBFU Forums ModeratorRenegade/Seawolf Design Group (RSDG)

http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/logo75t.gifBush Flying Unlimited"At home in the wild"Looking for adventure?
