Preference of Tools

Just out of curiousity, which 3D modeling tool is preferred?Hfitz recommended Blender, put FlightGearWiki also recommends AC3D. So apperently, these are the best freeware 3D tools, unless you what to spend big bucks on 3DS Max.So which is easier to work with/has more features/can include more features (on an aircraft in particular)? AC3D or Blender?

AC3D or>Blender?Depends again on a whole number of factors, personally I am inclined to say that an average Windows user may find it easier to get started in AC3D but users may feel restricted sooner or later by AC3D, while Blender seems to require a pretty steep learning curve but hardly has any perceivable restrictions.
