Hi all,I am warning you all now I am completely new to painting so bear with me. I downloaded FSrepaint demo as a viewer (thanks for the tip btw) and tried changing a texture via Photoshop. One thing I notice that other textures have "Have Transperancy" checked under info except from my PS modified file. Is this important? If so what does it do and how do I fix it?Thanks!!

It sounds like this could relate to the texture being transparent, with the alpha channel controlling it. If it doesn't appear to be creating any problems then I wouldn't worry about. Sorry I don't know how to make it have transparency.. maybe someone with a little experience with this could chime in :)
