How do you Weathering and Alpha Channels in FS Repaint? I am doing repaints.CheersArvind

Hey Arvind, I doubt FS Repaint will be able to do weather very well (if at all). If you want to do weathering your best bet is to use a professional program such as Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro. There is however a free program called GIMP which you may want to check out.

I have PSP X and I need some tutorials. GIMP which I tried doesn't work for me.Arvind

FS Repaint handles alhpa channels very well. It's the easiest, in fact, of all programs. No conversions back and forth.IN THE DEFAULT EDITOR: Simply double click on the color swatch to open up the color properties' dialog. Tick on the last box - alpha - and move the slider to the alpha level of your choice. In essence, you can precisely choose the R,G,B,A color you want and paint.However, teh FS Repaint default editor is good for detail tweaks, but it is not a full layered paint program, which is why you can choose an external editor (PSP, Photoshop, etc).As to weathering, check out the tutorials at the SImmers Paint shop site:http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/forums/index.php?Under the Photoshop tutorials, there is a "Basic Weathering" tutorial, the principles of which are applicable to PSP.Felix/FFDSPegasus Aviation Design
