You appear to be missing some bmps as the cockpit textures are blank as well.

John, For the turbine blade detail, look at the files A320_ENGINE_T and A320_ENGINE2_T. As regards the cockpit windows, I looked at a texture set with DXTBMP and didn't see anything that looked like it belonged on the forward part of the AC.
