Thanks! So many views and not 1 comment, I was getting bummed... Well, no one else came about to say "that's garbage" so I guess it looks like it could be a real livery... Big credit has to go to the paint kit I downloaded. I've added the airline name to FS9 now via voicepackedit so I think I'll pack it up and send it in after the library gets back up after the 23rd.
