January 25, 200323 yr In flying this beautiful freeware a/c by the Dash 7 project team, I find that the gauge for the prop rpm does not reduce from the maximum setting once I am in the air and adjusting power. All other gauges however react and work normally and power adjustments are effective and displayed as such correctly by them. The author of this a/c has been assisting me and at his suggestion I edited the prop section of the cfg file to reflect the alternate data he gave me, but this has unfortunately not made any difference. The prop rpm gauges DOES work properly and reflect power inputs up and down when I am on the ground but once I lift off, the prop rpm gauge seems to be "stuck" at the maximum setting. This is the only a/c in my huge fleet with such an issue. I run a DELL 8200 with standard equipment and use a MS FFB2 stick. Can anybody help me further? I would be most grateful.
