January 28, 200323 yr It is a freight loading crane as was posted, go to Dominicci airport (Called Isla Grande by the locals) just west of San Juan Puerto Rico and there are two of them sitting on the edge of the airport, just like in the real world.http://www.ktone.org/images/FSD_ken.jpg
