Ben,You are thinking along the right lines. The INS is modelled on the real thing and it didnt allow for anything more than N51 56.3 either.

Well, ive got my waypoints and know how to program the INS, one question though. The INS Display doesnt have enough spaces to get the whole coordinate in, do I just type in as much as I can?EG: I have this waypoint: N51 56'32.00" for the north section of my first waypoint.But I can only fit in: N51 56.3 ? But normally the . is an apostrephe. Am I doing this right.
