PSS Dash 8 takes off like a rocket!!

I have the Dash 8 installed in FS2004 under WinMe. Apart from a couple of intermittent problems dealt with in another post, my main problem is that the Dash 8 accelerates to Vr in about 4 seconds flat and then ascends far too quickly. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

G'DayMy Dash-8 has been doing that ever since I first used it in FS2002. Seems really weird.
