A320 Gear Problems

I am a new user and am having problems retracting gear after takeoff. The gear controls move but the 3 lamps stay ON. Also spot view verifies that the gear is still down. I have noted that other users are also having this problem. I do not use keyboard shortcut in this case as I have programmed my joystick to control gear operation. For the record I have FSUIPC Version 3.201 installed. Please help.Alan GoodleyUK
