Axxx MCDU mismatch Airport and RWY-SIDS-STARS

installed simwings new Spanish a/p. modified LEMD with LEMDGB.zip by Jo & Mig Zafra. this is available at avsim library.now loading a flightplan to LEMD and pressing LEMD arrival key I 'll find that MCDU shows completely different rwy's not belonging to LEMD. testing other a/p, for instance EHAM, the same phenomenon occurs. where do I have to look for alterations?

Delete all your .afp flight plans in the ..flight simulator 9PSSA3XX folder, download and install the latest navdata from www.navdata.at and then create a new flight plan. That should solve it. I do this every month when the new AIRAC comes out.

thanks for fast reply. processed your advise accordingly. loaded FSBuild flightplan LEMG-LEMD. unfortunately no result. LEMD arrival info is limited to available approach 15 incl a number of STARS.departure info for LEMG is correct. I presume that modifying LEMD to the actual a/p configuration initiated the problem. where does MCDU picks its data for arrival and departure airports? hopefully i can verify that data.

in addition to my earlier reply:I checked the available LEMD approaches and rwys with FMC of 737NG. The FMC gives all the rwys and approaches/stars of LEMD!I checked this because of the possibility that AFCAD files might restrict the use of rwys/approaches.so I am still confused why there is only one LEMD approach shown in Axxx MCDU.

Using AIRAC 0501 I have just entered LEMG/LEMD into the INIT page. When looking at the LEMD arrivals I get the full list: 15, ILS18L, ILS18R, ILS33, 36L and ILS36R If it was anything to do with the ADFCAD files then surely it would affect the PMDG as well.You are using AIRAC 0501 I presume? For a while they have come with updated SIDs and STARs - you have to make sure it is ticked during the installation.

until recently yes AIRAC 0501, just downloaded and installed AIRAC 0502. observations:1) when I loaded LEVC/LEMD on INIT page indeed I get all the rwys of LEMD.2) loaded flightplan LEMG/LEMD (FSBuild 2.1) omly rwy 15 was shown.3) manually loaded on INIT page LEMG/LED: same result.4) cleared flightplan LEMG/LEMD and manually loaded LEMG/LEMD: surprise all the rwys!temp conclusion: FSBuild flightplan blocks some info?regards
