HELP! Just downloaded, can't fly!

Hello--A couple of issues to work, then I will be a happy customer...I am using FS2004:1.) can't raise landing gear2.) NAV/Ldg/ all of the lights wont turn on...Anyone have any suggestions?Danny Hull
